[platform-doc-dev] Broken Links

Kai and I did link checked the 5 doc plug-ins and fixed all the broken
links that we found in the doc plug-ins itself. There were several broken
links in example project documents where we do not have commit rights. The
broken link is a wrong reference to book.css. Please replace "book.css"
with "../../../book.css" in the following occurrences:
