[platform-doc-dev] Screenshots

There seem to be a lot of people confused so here is the story.

To do screenshots you musy have an XP machine and a copy of photoshop. If 
you cannot fufill this criterea then make your screenshots however you can 
and we will redo them here.

All exisiting screenshots are being redone. If you have new ones let me 
know but do not worry about anything that was in the 2.0 doc.
