The "Welcom" page inside the IDE?
I was "just" talking about what appear (in the browser) when you open "Help > Help Contents".

    Just to add to whatever Alex dislikes, I personally dislike the
    "Welcome" page. It looks IMHO outdated and it is also IMHO pretty much
    useless.

    much nicer user experience IMHO, especially if it will be done similar
    as it was done in Code.
