[platform-dev] Help needed eclipse.exe gives System exit error with code =1

I downloaded eclipse 2.0 and wanted to execute the eclipse.exe.

It gives Sytem exit error with code =1.

I have changed the proprties of the shortcut to eclipse.exe to point to correct vm on my machine.
