[platform-debug-dev] Problem with debugging in Eclipse 2.1

Title: Problem with debugging in Eclipse 2.1

I have just installed eclipse 2.1
when I set break point and run program in debug view.
I can see break point but when I try to step through Run menu to step, resume or any other debugging step, I can not do it.

Those options of debugging are grayed out in Run menu.
Can any one help me set up debugger correctly.
