[platform-core-dev] Moving e4 Resource discussions

Hey gang,

 

At the meeting today, we decided to move the e4 Resources discussion from the platform-core-dev list to the new e4-dev list (which is currently the eclipse-incubator-e4-dev list). This will help give us more exposure to the rest of the e4 community and help us keep an eye on common issues and other things that we may be affecting.
