[platform-core-dev] RFC 0002 (import/export) updated

I tried to organize the RFC with the relevant comments from the messages
and add more (small) comments. Although, the list archieve is still a good
source of info on the problem. If you feel some of your comments are
missing, just email the list pointing it out. The comments were divided by
sections to make it easier to be referenced on the list. Examples:
1.1 - Means that this is the first comment about the first solution
approach.
2.1 - Means that this is the first comment about the second solution
approach.
1.1.1 - Means that this is the first comment about (1.1)
1.1.1 ( + ) means this comment agrees with 1.1
1.1.1 ( - ) means this comment disagrees with 1.1
Hope it makes things clearer and we can move forward to improve this RFC
and make everyone's life easier, happier, etc, etc...
