[platform-compare-dev] released to HEAD 
- Keyboard shortcuts for 'Goto next Difference' and 'Goto previous
  Difference' changed (again) to Control-E and Control-Shift-E.
- added object contributions for Compare With/Replace With submenus
- made the resource based Compare With/Replace With actions
  text editor aware: they change workspace resources
  only if the resource isn't open in a text editor; otherwise they modify
the
  editors contents
- fixed some NLS problems
- Updated file "about.html"
