For the last three days I have been reworking the AntEditor outline code.
I am releasing this code to head today. It is still a work in progress.
The bug for this work is https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=44343

If you start seeing weird and wonderful behavior relating to the Ant Editor please consider this, report it and I will quickly fix any oversights.
