[platform-ant-dev] Debug/Ant Finish Plan

The finish plan for 2.1 includes a one day test pass on RC3 (Thursday, March 20) - concentrating on bugs that were fixed in RC3 as well as main stream function. We will only consider fixing critical, "stop-ship" problems. Half the team will work on testing, and the other half will continue with documentation. After the test pass, the entire team will work on documentation. 

For the test pass, we will have:

* Darin (S) - Ant/External Tools (Windows)
* Darin (W) - Debug (Windows)
* Luc (B) - verify bugs fixed in RC3 for Ant & Debug (on Linux)

For documentation, please refer to the detailed note sent by Erich, regarding the "Documentation Effort" for details on what is to be done in each task listed below:
