[platform-ant-dev] Ant view icon changes

I released some changes to HEAD for icons in the Ant view.

The changes were:
- New icon for the view with a nicer ant and a background so it's more visible
- File icon for build files
- Hacked "<>" icon for targets
- -> and <- icons for the activate and deactivate actions

I also renamed the view to "Ant" to be consistent with Eclipse view naming 
conventions.

I don't expect that these icon changes (particularly the target icon) will be 
final, but they're a step in the right direction. Feel free to take a look at 
the Ant view in HEAD and share suggestions for improvements.
