[photran] Fresh installation on AIX

Dear Sirs,

I would like to kindly ask your support for installing and setting up Eclipse+Photran 
on AIX/powerpc machine. I would use it for debugging Fortran programs compiled with xlf90.
Being an absolute beginner, a step-by-step list of instruction 'for dummies' is really appreciated.
