Hi,

What compiler have you installed (none is included in eclipse/photran)?
Have you tested that your compiler and make are on your path by typing e.g. "gfortran --version"  and "make --version" in a "cmd" window?
Which project type and ToolChain have you chosen when you created your project?

By the way, dear photran developers, I have just remarked that the FAQ "I get 'Cannot run program "make": Launching failed' " does point to installation instructions (http://wiki.eclipse.org/PTP/photran/installation) that seem to have not been updated since photran 5.!...
