[photran] PTP Tutorial at SC11 conference - Sunday, Nov 13; BOF Wed Nov 16

We'll be giving a PTP tutorial (including Photran) at Supercomputing
on Sunday, and there will be an (unpublished) PTP BOF on Wednesday
