[photran] Re: question about debugging program in eclipse_photran

This sounds similar to a problem I was having using GCC on Windows XP and Vista. I
was able to solve this by unchecking the box next to the stop on main that Mike
mentioned (Run menu > Debug > Configurations > your Fortran Local Application >
Debugger tab).
