[photran] Installation On Standalone Network

Hello,

I'd like to know if there are instructions for installing Photran on a
computer on a standalone network. The instructions on the website say
to point Eclipse at:

     http://download.eclipse.org/tools/ptp/releases/galileo

However the computer on which I need to install on does not have, nor
can it get, internet access.

Any help provided would be greatly appreciated.
