A new prerelease build of Photran 5.0 (I200912041305) is available from
the Photran Web site.  This build will likely become the official 5.0
release next week.

This version fixes two problems with the previous build:

- The Run As > Local Fortran Application toolbar shortcut
  sometimes failed to initiate a launch

- The Fortran View would cause a NullPointerException in
  certain circumstances
