[photran] Fortran indexing problem

I enabled Fortran analysis/refactoring in my project, but recently, 
indexing has run into problems. I keep getting a Java null pointer 
exception whenever I open or close a file.  My Photran version is 
4.0.5.200907172004, CDT is 5.0.2.200902130801.

Is there a way to fix this without updating to Galileo and the new CDT 
and Photran?
