Hi,
 I have MinGW and gcc gfortran installed with eclipse /photran.  
However, in  http://wiki.eclipse.org/PTP/photran/installation  only 
Cygwin  is  mentioned in order to use photran in windows.  Will i have 
to install Cygwin to work properly with the news builds of photran, or i 
can keep MinGW in my computer? What's the differences between them?
