[photran] How can I get Fortran output from java

Hi,

I am new to Photran. I have two questions.

1. Since I already run photran in my Eclipse IDE, I'd like to get the output of my Fortran output into my java program. 
Is there a way to do it?

2. Can I use my java to invoke Fortran program to run Fortran?
