We are planning on documentation tools in a proposal we are currently  
writing.  Could you please let us know what features you would like  
to see.  Are there any other tools that you have worked with or know  
about (e.g., doxygen)?  We aren't necessarily looking to develop new  
tools, but rather to integrate existing tools into Eclipse.
