[photran-dev] CQs 3103, 3104 - Fortran Search, FRUIT Unit Testing

I have submitted CQ's 3103 and 3104 for patches implementing, respectively,


(1) Fortran Search functionality

These are contributions from students in Ralph's Software Engineering 
class last semester.

Since the IP team is busy with Galileo, I don't expect that these will 
be making it in any time soon.

There are some other projects for which contributions should be coming 
soon as well.  I'll note those here as they happen.
