At least we (1) are free, (2) have [limited] refactoring, and (3) have CVS/Subversion support.  I'm sure their debugger is better, based on our mailing list which should be renamed to photran-debugger-complaints@xxxxxxxxxxx.

The "Eclipse/Error Parser" line in their feature table is interesting.  That sounds oddly like a part of Photran...
