[photran-announce] Photran 4.0 beta 1 now available... with refactoring

A new beta version of Photran is available... Photran 4.0 beta 1.

This is an exciting release: it contains several thousand new lines of 
code supporting (among other things) two refactorings and a new Open 
Declaration action in the Navigate menu.  More refactorings and more 
advanced search and analysis support is planned for the near future.

We are anticipating a full 4.0 release later this summer, after more 
features are added and more bugs fixed.

Comments are always welcome on the general Photran mailing list, 
particularly regarding the new refactorings.  Thank you for your 
continued support of Photran!
