[phoenix-epic-dev] EPIC Themes and Priorities

Attached are the final votes for the EPIC T&P.   It seems like we have consensus on two of the themes:

1) Improve Usability for users of EPIC to make it easier to find/search plug-ins and relevant information

2) Increase visibility of Member plug-ins

I have also spoken to Maher and Todd about their -1 vote on the theme ‘Add services/training component to EPIC’.   If we agreed that the implementation of this theme did not mean 1) EPIC would actually provide services and training and 2) minimal investment to implement, then I think Todd and Maher would agree to change their votes to 0.

The other ‘close’ theme was ‘Increase number of plug-ins / Provide view of plug-ins from multiple sources’.   Howard voted a -1 but it also received four +1 votes.   I have not had a chance to speak with Howard about his concerns on this theme.  I will try to do that this week.

As a reminder, we are not having a meeting this week.   Therefore, I would like to devote the next meeting, Sept. 26 to finalizing the Themes and Priorities.  I hope we can use the feedback from members meeting to help validate some of these themes and then gain closure.

Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns.

Thanks

Ian
