RE: [phoenix-epic-dev] FW: bogus rankings on EPIC

Title: RE: [phoenix-epic-dev] FW: bogus rankings on EPIC

Just fyi, I’m now on the list for the time being because I had to sign up to post.

I mentioned this already so please correct me if I’m wrong.  I read on EPIC that you can only vote for a product once, so this case does break rules because there are multiple votes per-product (e.g. 3x CodePro AnalytiX).

The web app should not allow multiple votes per-IP and probably discard those that do that (being very clear that it will do so on the votes page).  This seems like a bug report.  I didn’t notice a Community/EPIC component, where do I file this?

Mik

Speaking legalistically, there are no rules against this type of voting (at least that I know of) so there is no real punishable "offense", and it follows that there's no decision to make.
