That looks good. Only two
comments:
1. Highly recommend numbering the questions
to give people the sense of progress or how much more they have to
endure
2. The question with the list of other sites
places the "Don't Know" column to the right of the "High value" column.
Given the ADD nature of this industry, many will mark the far right column
thinking they are voting as a "High Value". Would suggest moving this
column to the far left. "Don't Know" and "Don't care" as emotionally
similar.
