[phoenix-dev] New Homepage / User Page Prototypes

Afternoon Phoenix Dev.

I've been working on the Homepage / User page prototype for your
consumption.

Homepage - http://www.eclipse.org/home/index-test.php

Pretty much the same as the previous mockup we had.  I've changed the bottom
spotlight to be the foundation news feed.  This feed will now also include
the old spotlights we used to have on the homepage.

User Page - http://www.eclipse.org/community/index-new.php

I've changed the orbit rings a bit here to keep the similar ideas on the
same line.  

I've also moved the Live / EPIC / Community News feeds to this page.

Any thoughts / comments / ideas are appreciated as always.
