Tomorrow is RC2 for Phoenix.  Lots of progress has been made to not only 
move content over to the new look, but to improve content layout and 
accessibility.  It should be much easier to find information with the 
new layout.

Tomorrow morning (Eastern) I'll have a look at the sections that have 
content to determine which ones could/should be part of the Release.  If 
you have any content you want to include in the Release, time is running 
short  :)

As a reminder, please do not commit new functionality to the 
eclipse.org-common directory.  Only major bugfixes will be applied to 
the template PHP and CSS files until the release.
