FYI --- I re-did the "About Us" page, and also reformatted the press release that announced the creation of the Foundation. They're checked in, and you can see the result at http://phoenix.eclipse.org/org/

I still need to re-word to About Us page so the content doesn't read like it was written by an IBM lawyer. But at least the content is now current.
