[phoenix-dev] Small glitches on the CSS

Hi Shauna,

A couple of little "bugs" for you (if one of my explanations isn't 
clear, don't hesitate to give me a call):

1. Is there a way to make <ul> tags have the same appearance when 
they're in the maincontent section as when they're in a homeitem 
section? For instance, look at this page and you'll understand:

<ul> are too far to the left, and without the --> bullet
<ol> are okay

2. A long rightcolumn doesn't seem to push the footer down.  See 
http://phoenix.eclipse.org/

3. For the footer, is it possible for the left margin to be in line with 
the middle content (same as the black menu at the top) instead of flush 
left?  I think it would make shorter pages look better.

The rest looks really good!  We're actively developing our new site with 
this layout.
