Hi Gunnar,

We don't have a sandbox up yet, but I should be getting around to that 
this week. When it's done I'll let you know via this list.

Also, we've chosen PHPNuke instead of Xoops. I'll be tossing our 
codebase in the Phoenix CVS repository this week as well so you can have 
a look at it.

Thanks for expressing interest in the project.  I'll keep you posted.
