[pde-ui-dev] Building web projects

Hi -

I know it sounds like a dumb question. Can PDEB build build non plugin 
projects? i.e. a WTP web project (which happens to have dependencies on 
eclipse plugins)

I've searched high[1] and low for more about this and my initial 
impression is that I may have to look elsewhere. i.e. PluginBuilder, 
Buckminster, Maven, ant4eclipse, Ant, etc...

Any pointers and help would be much appreciated.
