Hi all,

I have rollbacked an old fix (https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=453954) due to https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=541678.
This involved some changes in and around target definition.

Please use an Ibuild I20190208-1800 or newer for your development so that this gets tested well before M3.
