[pde-dev] TODO Marker implementation in a Runtime Editor.

 
Hi All,

How can we implement TODO Marker on the New runtime Editor screen.
It has to be the same functionality as the Eclipse TODO Marker.
i.e:- create TODO task marker on the fly as and when the TODO Word is typed on the screen.
