[pde-dev] classpath containers & eclipse plugin

lo,
I'm hoping i'm into the right ml :O)
I've two problems, and i'm seeking a lucky advice about
how could i resolve 'em:
Is it possible to call from a plugin (plugin ConnectionPack),
the library of another plugin (plugin nPA)?
If it's possible, i'm using 'em to make a classpath
container into nPA with libraries from ConnectionPack,
without having to check the eclipse plugin directory
to find ConnectionPackXXX_VERSION_ to link his
libraries.
I've a SECOND problem :O/
the classpath just described could be used by eclipse
projects: HOW/IF could be used by an eclipse plugin?
PS:
ConnectionPack is a plugin i'm making to pack all
the jar libraries like connector/server of derby
+ postgreslql + mysql + hsqldb; just to simplify
the plugin i have that shares this libraries
