[pde-dev] Eclipse api's for plugin development

hi all,

i am working on plugin development and in the course of programming i need to use some api's related to these. The eclipse pde release 3.0 has a set of api's under org.eclipse.pde
 which are very useful. However the version i am using is 3.2 and the same does not have the enire pde package...

if these were removed in the newer version there should definitely be some replacements to it, however i haven't been able to find any. If anybody could guide me on this it would be a great help.
