[pde-dev] Renaming a File

Hi All,
  Have come with a new bug .. :-)
  I had written an editor for an inbuilt language ,  The files take
.cwm extension . 
But if I am writing a file with .txt or someother ext , and changing
that to .cwm extension , all the functionalities of the ediotr like
content Assist , coloring are no more . Whne I close the editor
and reopen the file, those functioanlities come back . Can I do
something about it . 
The same thing is happening in case of eclipse Java editor as well . Is
there any existing bug on this ?
