[pde-dev] need help in building a plugin

 Hello all,

 I am new to this plugin development. I have a project with directory
 structure as follows:

 |
 |__bin
 |__icons
 |__META-INF
 |__src
 |__.classpath
 |__.project
 |__build.properties
 |__test.product
 |__plugin.xml

 I want to execute the above project in eclipse. But, I have no clue
 how to do that. Can any one help me? Do I need a ant build file?
