[pde-dev] Displaying List of disabled plugins

Hi all.

For testing purposes i started new eclipse2.1.2 for 1st time.I downloded a Revision History Viewer plugin.

Now in plugin prspective, in the plugins view it shows a list of all external plugins displaying "disabled" following the plugin name.How to enable all these plugins.Till now i have not created plugins.Hence workspace dosnt have any plugins.

Is it that i have to create a simple plugin,only then all will b enabled.Clarify
