[pde-dev] CVS Plugin

Hi All,

I am feeling really stupid about this, but I am unable to find the plugin 
for the CVS repository. I did some reading up on the plugins faq. My 
intention is to create a plugin for a different SCM - namely Sablime for 
Eclipse. I figured the easiest route would be to take an existing plugin and 
modify it for my use.

Any suggestions/help would be greatly appreciated!
