[paho-dev] Paho Release 1.2 - (committer information especially)

Hello all,
the IP log has now been approved. There were a number of pre-req CQs
that I had raised, to put the record straight (see Eclipse policy on 3rd
part dependencies
https://eclipse.org/org/documents/Eclipse_Policy_and_Procedure_for_3rd_Party_Dependencies_Final.pdf).
It took a while to get them all processed, and there was a knock on
effect on the IP log approval.
Now the log has been approved, the release review has been rescheduled
to end on the 15th June
(https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=493471). Assuming the
review concludes successfully, on that date, we will be free to release
after that.
I'm actually on vacation from the 9th to 19th June, but I'll make an
announcement if/when the review is successful, and then we can each
release our own components as soon as we're able. James will update the
website around the same time as well.
