Re: [p2-dev] those wacky ntlm proxies

Hi Scott,

Following the comments seen on several bugs, I agree that we can claim the bugs related to NTLM proxies to be fixed.
As for creating another provider, I think it would be worth engaging with the Jetty community since they also have an http client. Scott could you please take care of this?
