[p2-dev] Testserver - new (dis)services

Hi,
I have just released a testserver update to HEAD.

There is now a proxy3 that requires authentication to read repo/ 
plugins/... and repo/features, but authentication is not needed for  
the repo root.
It is accessed as http://localhost:8080/proxy3/aprivate    (notice the  
"a" for "artifact").

A new "disservice" :) for proxy and proxy2 that provides read time out  
(as opposed to /timeout that times out on connection).
It is accessed as http://localhost:8080/proxy/readtimeout or http://localhost:8080/proxy2/readtimeout

(Testserver's index.html also includes this information).
