Hi,
can't promise that I can make it, after all it's a Saturday and once in
a while me and my family are out doing something fun :-)

The next step is that we would like to do a dry run at 1900 GMT this
Saturday evening to make sure that everyone is comfortable with using
it. I expect this will take 15 to 20 minutes, no longer. You
will receive an invitation by email and all you have to do is click the
link to join. The first time around it will down load a plug-in to your
browser, but it was really quick when we did it the other night. After
that it all simply starts up.
If anyone is not able to make it on Saturday at 1900 GMT, let me know
and we will set up a private test run for you when it is mutually
convenient.
