I think I did understand the document :-)

I'll still have to look through all the artifacts in the repository. I 
have some ideas about automated testing and nightly builds that I'll 
share for discussion over the next couple of days. In addition I'll 
develop a first GUIdancer project as a framework for filling in test 
cases. Based on the success of this model we can discuss how to continue 
with the specification of test cases, i.e. will we maintain two sets of 
test specification or just use GUIdancer test suites.
