Here are my following estimates below:

August: 4 days
September: 4 days
October: 4 days
November: 6 days (the Eclipse Summit)
December: 6 days
January: 6 days

I have experience using JFace so could definitely do UI code development. Additionally, I could do certain parts of the design, and back end code.
