[orion-dev] Orion and Google summer of code

For any students out there, Google summer
of code is now accepting submissions. Eclipse is a mentoring organization
and there are at least a couple of Orion committers signed up as mentors.

There is already a student with a proposal
for supporting the pull request workflow in Orion, but the other topics
are all available (or feel free to come up with your own).
