[orion-dev] initial debug contribution

Hi all,

For those that don't know me, I've been
working on the initial contribution of a Debug page for Orion ( https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=366477
).  The first goal of this page is to demonstrate evaluation of arbitrary
JS in an outside browser.  Chrome has been chosen as the initial native
browser to focus on, so both the debugger and debuggee browsers must be
Chrome in order to use the Debug page.  The linked bug above contains
the Pull request, and I'll soon be adding details to the report regarding
its use.

Grant
