[orion-dev] No integration builds

You may have noticed a lack of Orion integration
builds this week. We were consuming our Eclipse Platform dependencies from
its milestone repository. So, once M4 was declared this meant Jetty 6 had
been replaced by Jetty 8, which broke our build. I knew this was coming
but was a bit slow on the ball in getting us migrated. I have been running
test builds this week and I think I should be able to get a build running
by tonight's build. This will include Jetty 8 and its related prerequisites.
I'll do a bit more sanity testing than usual on the build tomorrow morning
before deploying to orion.eclipse.org, but I should be able to get a new
build up there some time tomorrow. I'll update this list if that plan changes.
